1. Purchase REDISTRICTING SOFTWARE, including at least five licenses to use the REDISTRICTING SOFTWARE (with the option to purchase more) for Utah's redistricting process, occasioned by the 2010 federal census.
2. Obtain SOFTWARE SUPPORT SERVICES for the REDISTRICTING SOFTWARE, per the attached detailed specifications.
