The City of Minneapolis is seeking redevelopment proposals for 1215 Marshall Street NE for renovation of the existing structure to accommodate neighborhood-oriented, pedestrian-scale mixed-use commercial/retail/office uses. Proposals are due no later than 4:00 p.m. on Monday, July 13, 2009.
