The University invites proposals from qualified proposers to redevelop, relocate, or adaptively reuse the Industrial Arts Building. The Industrial Arts Building was constructed in 1913 to meet the needs of the Nebraska State Fair. It contains 90,012 gross square feet and is constructed of steel and masonry veneer.
