The Village of Maywood (Village) is seeking proposals from a highly qualified development team (Developer) capable of carrying out the commercial development of the property (Project) at 511-519 S. 5th Avenue commonly referred to as the 500 Block of South 5th Avenue.
The 500 block of South 5h Avenue redevelopment site is strategically located on 5th Avenue between Washington and Pine Street in the midst of an emerging renaissance of Maywood. The site is approximately .76 acres in size and is located in close proximity to a Metra Station, Grocery Store, I290, Loyola University Medical Center, Edward Hines Veterans Memorial Hospital, and Madden Medical Center.
