Redevelopment Project

Work includes, but is not limited to, replacement of existing individual septic systems with municipal sanitary sewer connections, replacement of existing two-inch and six-inch water mains with eight-inch water mains and six-inch fire hydrants capable of providing fire flow within the project area, installation of curb, gutter, and reconstruction of roadway structural section and pavement, and installation of a storm water drainage system
