Redevelopment Plan Services
The City and the Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) is hiring a firm to create a Redevelopment Plan. The purpose of the plan is to explore the redevelopment of the area around the city-owned Golf Course for existing commercial and residential properties. This study should include two components: Land Use Study and a Market Study.
