Redevelopment Analysis
The City seeks to engage consulting expertise in site design and development feasibility to complete a Redevelopment Analysis of the Center property (an aging strip retail center). Specifically, the scope includes creating three preliminary design concepts for the site and evaluating the market potential and financial feasibility of each concept.
