Redevelopment
The principal activities and objectives of the Plan include: the development of a mix use urban town center, incorporating traditional neighborhood design with a mix of rental and ownership housing units, compatible retail, industrial and office uses, within a strongly pedestrian oriented development, the development of medium and high use densities, creation of a design continuity between new and existing development in order to heighten the awareness of the essential interrelationship of all building, open spaces and pedestrian and vehicular circulations ways.
