Redevelopment
Renovate approximately 13,000 GSF of space vacated by Pharmacy and existing chair unit area to include treatment rooms, a nurse station, a medication preparation station, patient toilets, two “vitals” areas, a small staff break area, a work room, waiting area and a clean supply room. Renovate the nurse station and enclose the medication preparation station within the chair unit along with updating interior finishes to match those in the newly constructed south bed unit.
