The City is seeking qualifications from development firms to build a mixed-use development on an especially prominent and attractive 2.1-acre waterfront parcel owned by the City. Redevelopment of this crucial site in downtown into a mixed use development will help contribute to the ongoing revitalization efforts of the downtown, strengthen community space, bring new residents, and link to current riverfront investments.
