Redesign of District Website
The District is seeking responses to a Request for Proposal from vendors that have an expertise in website design and web marketing. The purpose of this RFP is to provide a fair
evaluation for all candidates and to provide the candidates with the evaluation criteria against which a
supplier will be selected.
The Montrose Management District website serves as a hub for the community and the activities of the
MMD. The website must provide Board of Directors information while also providing economic
development support to staff and volunteers of the MMD. This RFP is being issued in order to secure an
agreement with an experienced, knowledgeable design and/or marketing firm, who can provide a website
redesign for the MMD. The website redesign must capture all of the elements of the Montrose area, and
provide easy navigation to Board documents, MMD programs and service plans, and other important
information for the MMD. The final goal of this project is to provide the MMD with an up-to-date website
with easy navigation and usability that fosters continued usage and visits from members of the MMD
community and other interested parties
