Redesign of County Waste & Recycling Disposal Reporting System
The County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide the Redesign of the County Waste & Recycling Disposal Reporting System. Proposers must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements set forth within the RFP and must be capable of providing all core services set forth in Section III Model Contract, Exhibit A Scope of Work. The awarded contract if any, will be a fixed fee Contract between the County and selected Proposer(s).
The main goal of the Disposal Reporting System upgrades is to provide functional and business standards that facilitate the management and reporting of electronic data. Data is received electronically from our fee booths in the field and from our customers (the haulers and jurisdictions). Reports are defined by both statewide standards and standards created by OC Waste & Recycling. These reports will be created, executed, and authenticated electronically and then delivered to or retrieved by public and private sector users.
