The Office's overall vision is of a website that is modern, dynamic and engages the latest technology to reach the largest possible audience in clear, new and efficient ways. The Office has been recognized as a pioneer among ombudsmen and other public agencies in its use of technology, news media, online forms and social, interactive media. The new website design should reflect this cutting-edge approach, while improving usability and reaching even more users – including mobile, iPhone and iPad users via a dedicated app and/or mobile-friendly version.
