Red Cliffs Janitorial Services
The BLM, St. George Field Office, has a requirement for janitorial services (with options) at the Red Cliffs Recreation Area near St. George, UT. See the attached summary of work, statement of work and estimated work schedule for project details and requirements.
**The base year contract is for 5 months, and each of the two option years is 12 months. This is in an effort to better meet the needs of seasonal use and ease of contract administration. See attached bid schedule for additional details.**
**This requirement is set aside for service-disabled, veteran-owned small businesses under NAICS code 561720 with a size standard of $16.5 Mil.**
Offerors are required to register with www.SAM.gov to be eligible for award of a federal contract. Awardee will be required to invoice using the online invoicing system at www.ipp.gov.
Bids will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria established in section 4 of the clauses (see attached).
