1. The state intends to award to the bidder that is able to provide Recycling and Trash Services at the lowest price, while meeting the minimum standard requirements.
2. Please indicate that you can meet the minimum requirements. If there is a minimum requirement you cannot meet, please provide a description for review by the State.
3. You may bid on the Trash Services OR Recycling Services OR Both. If you choose to not bid on one of the items, please indicate that by typing "no bid" in the yellow shaded box below the pricing items.
