Recycling Processing Services

The City seeks proposals from qualified Respondents interested in providing the services as described in this RFP when the current contract concludes. The City’s current contract for processing and marketing of recyclable materials expires on July 31, 2014. This RFP is being advertised with a long lead-time prior to commencement of services to allow potential Respondents ample time in case their proposal includes a plan to build a new materials recovery facility(ies) and/or recycling transfer station.
