Recycling Material Service for Togus VA Medical Center and outlying Community Based Outpatient Clinics.
The Togus VA Medical Center has a requirement for a contractor to provide Recyclable Materials Services. Provide all labor, material and equipment necessary to include collection processing, transportation and reporting on a continuous basis of all recycled materials. This will include Furnishing Pick-up, Removal and Disposal Services of Recyclable Materials for the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Togus, Maine and outlying Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOC s). The Contractor must be capable to provide all labor, equipment, materials; to include tools and parts, transportation, supervision, permits and licenses to perform the services.
The VA Medical Center is soliciting a Firm-Fixed price contract with a performance period to include a Base Year from 04/01/2017 03/31/2018 with (4) Four One Year Option Periods.
The NAICS Code is 562111 and the size standard is $38.5 Million. Award will be based on the best value to the Government. Evaluation factors are past performance and price. The solicitation is a set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses and will be available on or about January 13, 2017. Any amendments to the solicitation will be posted solely on this website. It is the responsibility of the offeror to verify the number of amendments issued.
