Recycling Facility
Construct a new recycling facility. The work shall consist of, but shall not be limited to, a 44,674 square foot process building, a 9,668 square foot sustainability center, truck scales, truck docks, lift stations, grading, storm drainage, erosion and sedimentation control, landscaping and irrigation, detention pond, asphalt and concrete paving, parking areas, and fencing.
