Recycling Collection
The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items or services necessary to perform Recycling Collection and Transfer Services. Recyclables are classified as "Materials that exhibit the potential to be used repeatedly in place of virgin material." Recyclable materials at Dover AFB include all office paper, newspapers and corrugated cardboard (to include cereal boxes/soda cartons, etc), glass bottles, aluminum cans and plastic containers and wood.
