The County Government is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) to solicit bids from qualified vendors to purchase recyclable materials collected by each local government. The local governments participating in this RFP will be responsible for collecting recyclable materials and delivering the recyclable materials to the selected vendor. The purpose of this document is to specify the general procurement requirements and the specific project requirements.
