Recycle Compactor Lease
This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide a RECYCLING COMPACTOR LEASE AND MAINTENANCE SERVICE CONTRACT for the San Francisco Veterans Affairs Department located at 4150 Clement Street, San Francisco, CA 94121. This requirement is a 100% total small business set-aside. Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at the time of award. To register go to https://www.sam.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 532490 and the Small Business Size Standard of $30 million.
Eligible and interested vendors should download a copy of the RFQ Solicitation document, VA261-14-Q-0761, which contains the SOW, and all corresponding attachments attached, from the FBO website (www.fbo.gov ). Interested Offerors must pay special attention to FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors and FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation Commercial Items, Section E.2 and E.3 of the SF1449. These are instructions are important to submitting packages in the appropriate structure. Failure to carefully read these sections and respond accordingly will likely eliminate an offeror from competition.
The Contract Officer will not be contacting interested vendors regarding amendments.
Please check FBO daily for amendment updates. Questions will be responded to via amendments, which will be posted on FBO. All amendments must be signed and turned in with the quote for an offeror to be considered.
