The Department requires a suitable contractor for the provision of executive search services to identify suitably qualified persons to fill the Chair, non-executive director and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) positions in the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO). The successful contractor will predominantly be working in conjunction with a Selection Panel to select the most suitable candidates for the AEMO Board in accordance with a skills matrix which forms the key reference point for the Selection Panel in making assessments of candidate adequacy. The successful contractor's role will be to identify suitable candidates for interview by the Selection Panel.
