Recruitment and Tendering Advertising Services
Acting for and on behalf of the Secretary of Foreign Affairs and Trade, is inviting the submission of tenders from providers interested in providing advertising services to NZAID.
Our wish is to engage an external advertising provider to assist with placement of job vacancies and tender opportunities in various print and online media.
Team and/or individual proposals are welcome. However, we reserves the right to put together a team from all proposals submitted and/or commission additional expertise if required. Where a team proposal is submitted we reserve the right to accept only one of the nominated individuals.
The successful consultant(s) must demonstrate sound knowledge, understanding, experience of quality advertisement production, effective placement, and efficient access to media options appropriate to our target audience.
The contract will be expected to begin 17 March 2008 . It is estimated that the contract will involve up to 100 advertisements in multiple publications over a two year period. Preference will be given to those consultants who are available and able to meet this timeline, and all proposals must clearly state the availability of their nominated consultant(s).
