The City desires to issue a contract to a single highly qualified executive search firm to manage
the recruitment of City Manager. The consultant should have the knowledge and expertise to
advise Council on the recruitment and selection process, staff and community involvement, and
methods to ensure highly qualified candidates are attracted to the opportunity.
