Recruitment Advertising Services
Purpose: The intent and purpose of this Invitation For Bid [IFB] is to establish a contract with one qualified agency for furnishing Recruitment Advertising Services for Longwood University; Farmville, Virginia.
II. Scope of Work: The contractor shall furnish a mock-up of the vacancy announcement for publication and the cost of the advertisement within less than 24 hours of submission by Longwood University, including the following:
Proof Text Contractor shall suggest corrections (i.e., spelling and grammar) and recommend modifications to text.
Desktop Publishing Contractor shall format ad, drop in artwork, logos submitted as necessary.
Reduce Costs Contractor shall make ad size smaller, if possible, while maintaining attractiveness and legibility enabling ad to be the most cost effective.
Contact Media/Publication Vendors Contractor shall solicit major media vendors to obtain the most cost effective placement. Contractor upon determining the most cost effective vendor shall reserve space for the placement of the ad(s).
Suggest Media/Publication Contractor shall constantly be aware of Longwood Universitys recruiting needs and suggest viable recruiting media and marketing solutions.
Place Ads Contractor shall be responsible for placing ads for Longwood University after determining the most cost effective vendor.
The Contractor shall submit monthly an itemized invoice with copy of each ad, listing the respective publication sites, placed within each billing cycle.
In the event of Contractor error, Contractor shall make corrections and resubmit the ad at no cost to the University.
