Recruitment Advertisement Services
The Bank is seeking to contract with qualified advertising agencies specialized in the field of recruitment. The intent of this solicitation is to select qualified vendors to provide services on a per task assignment basis.
The agencies shall contribute to the Bank's advertisement strategy by assisting in the planning and execution of individual advertisements as well as comprehensive advertisement campaigns. The agencies will conduct research on the most suitable media and websites for positions in all parts of the world, and in a wide range of fields including, but not limited to: finance, investment professionals, human resources (HR), administration, industry specialists (textile, automobile, real estate, etc). The agencies will also help the Bank to create attractive texts and lay-outs and liaise with the media and other service providers. The sizes and types of ad postings may vary with each recruitment advertisement plan.
