Recreational Boating Access Methodology
The Recreational Boating & Fishing Foundation (RBFF) is seeking qualified service providers to develop a scientifically valid and repeatable methodology to create an ongoing assessment of recreational boating access that will identify where access to the water is, or is likely to become, a limiting factor to public participation in boating and fishing on Americas waterways (freshwater and saltwater/inland and coastal), and the economic implications of access-induced limitations on public participation in boating.
