Recreation Complex
The University is seeking Qualifications from general contractors (GC) for the Recreational Sports Outdoor Recreation Complex (the Project). The proposed scope will include coordination for replacement of existing natural turf with Owner-furnished synthetic turf fields, field lighting, the replacement/relocation of the existing tennis courts, new entries into the existing indoor tennis pavilion, creation of a central plaza with restrooms, storage/shelter, a running path, landscaping, and other areas for active and passive park use.
