Recovering From Mental Illness Through Employment
The Department is seeking proposals for development, support, or enhancement of a community-based Supported Employment program based on the Individual Placement and Supports (IPS) Model for individuals with severe disabling mental illness (SDMI) and co-occurring substance use disorders through employment. AMDD is encouraging offerors to serve transition age youth age 16-18 and young adults. Proposals may provide for infrastructure development, pilot projects, or other activities that contribute to the development, support or enhancement of community-based Supported Employment recovery initiatives for this targeted population.
