The City invites qualified Information Technology (IT) Software and Implementation providers to submit a proposal from qualified vendors for a comprehensive and fully integrated public safety technology system. Ideally, this will be a turnkey system that will include applications for central dispatch, mobile applications, police, fire, and jail; along with considerations for electronic data transmittal through the Prosecutor's Office and the courts.
The objective of City is to obtain an integrated Records Management system (RMS), Computer Aided Dispatch System (CAD) mobile dispatch system, Field Based Reporting (FBR), Fire Records Management, and Jail Management System (JMS) that provides an integrated solution for all departments using a single vendor who provides all services, including hardware, software, installation, training, conversion, and other services as required. The proposed software and hardware must be capable of satisfying the increasing information demands through incremental upgrades and expansion.
