The State of Wisconsin Investment Board (SWIB) is issuing a request for information (RFI) from consultants having qualifications and experience to assist SWIB in refining its records management program related to management of Retirement Investment Trust Funds. SWIB desires a consultant who is able to assess the current status of SWIBs program relative to best practices for investment organizations and applicable program and legal requirements, identify program gaps, and recommend methods, processes and approaches to upgrade the program.
