The City of San Jos (hereinafter CITY) is soliciting proposals for a web based Records
Center Management System (RCMS) solution and related services to include system
implementation, training, installation, configuration, data migration and first year
support/maintenance. The purpose of the RCMS is to track and manage inactive physical
records primarily at the container (box) level but also at folder level.
