3. Attach revised specifications section 033053. See attachment "B09_Amendment 0004_Attach 3_SECTION 033053 REVISED.pdf".
4. As a result of this amendment the response date is extended from 7/23/2019 at 5:00pm (MT) to 7/30/2019 at 3:00pm (MT).
