Reconfiguration of Substance Abuse Intensive Outpatient and Partial Hospitalization Programs
This RFP is being issued to redesign the programmatic structure and array of services that are provided in substance abuse treatment programs to broaden the mix of offered services, improve the effectiveness and efficiency of those services, better accommodate the unique needs of each individual by extending the continuum of care to mirror more closely the process of recovery, and assure that the provision of services is consistent with a transforming system of care.
