Receivership Administration Services
This RFP is for the purpose of improving the administration of receiverships of regulated entities
by the Commissioner of Insurance solely in his capacity as Receiver (the Receiver) and by
RAD Trust and is to solicit services for Receivership Administration.
By placing one or more qualified vendors on contract to provide professional services, the
Receiver is better prepared to address receivership needs and other nonrecurring, acute
increases in workload. Additionally, services performed under this RFP will allow the Receiver
respond in a timely manner and provide the highest level of service. This RFP seeks cost and
pricing structure for the period June 1, 2006, through May 31, 2009. The proposal may offer
services for any or all periods indicated.
