Rebuild Elevator at Fort Smith NHS

This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12, Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document, with incorporated provisions and clauses, are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) #Fac 2020 - 01, effective 10 October 2019. This procurement is a Small business set- aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 811310, Commercial & Industrial Machinery Equipment Repair & Maintenance applies, and the small business size of $8.0M. The resultant contract will be a firm-fixed price purchase order with one contract line item. U.S. Department of Labor Wage Rates, Wage Determination No. 1967-0495; Revision No: 60, Dated: 3/1/2019 applies.

Notice of Pre-Bid Site Visit: One pre-bid site visit will be conducted at Fort Smith National Historic Site, 301 Parker Ave, Fort Smith, Arkansas on November 6 at 9:30 AM Central Time for the purpose of examining the site and verifying conditions. Offerors are highly encouraged to attend this scheduled site visit. Meet at the parkB?s Visitor Center. RSVP to neal_hause@nps.gov. Offerors are requested to submit questions to neal_hause@nps.gov no later than 12 November, 2:00 PM Central Time. Information provided at this conference shall not qualify the terms and conditions of the solicitation and specifications. Terms of the solicitation and specifications remain unchanged unless the solicitation is amended in writing. If an amendment is issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply.

To be considered, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) and possess and maintain a valid Dun & Bradstreet number at the time of submitting their offer. Lack of an active registration in SAM will make an offeror ineligible. For more information on SAM Registration, please visit the Small Business Administration's website, sam.gov, or your local Association of Procurement Technical Assistance Center.
Responses are due to National Park Service, Missouri Major Buying Office on or before 2:00 PM Central Time, 19 November 2019. Late quotations may not be considered. Quotations shall be emailed to neal_hause@nps.gov on or before the specified due date/time.
