Opportunity Description:
The City is searching for a consultant to provide leadership, expertise and support to the entity, as the business unit undertakes a project to develop and enhance its information pertaining to the management of its capital assets throughout their life cycle, including, strategic planning for acquisitions (usage and disposal), optimal maintenance and optimal asset usage.
The purpose of the Real Property Asset Management Information Sustainability Project is to identify key information required for optimal asset management of Land, Buildings and Land Improvements and to develop and improve the business processes, systems and rules that impact information sustainability for City Land and Buildings and Land Improvements.
