Real Property Appraisal Services Base Plus Four Option Years
The Department of Veterans Affairs, VA Puget Sound Healthcare System, is soliciting quotes for Real Property Appraisal Services to be provided to the Network Contracting Office, Leasing Branch. Scope of services will be in accordance with the Performance Work Statement, and cover the geographical territory encompassing the Veterans Integrated Services Network 20, which specifically encompasses the states of Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Alaska. The intended period of performance is mid-May 2017 through 30 April 2018, plus four one-year option periods. This procurement is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The Request for Quote(RFQ) number is VA260-17-Q-0209. The applicable NAICS code is 531320 and the small business size standard is $7.5 million. Telephonic requests for the solicitation will not be accepted. When issued, the solicitation will be available only by downloading from the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website after the estimated date of release. The estimated issue date is 21 April 2017 and the anticipated closing date is 12 May 2017.
