Real Estate Title Services
The Department is pursing the Request for Proposals of Real Estate Title Services for water and sewer easements and other real estate rights related to the acquisition of Real Property in its various proposed and on-going projects which will require a Scope of Services to be performed by a qualified consultant or consultant firm including easement acquisitions, fee simple acquisitions and disposal of surplus property.
