General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:
Expressions of Interest Sought
The US Government currently occupies office space in a building under lease in La Grande, OR that will be expiring on May 31, 2015.
The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and necessary furnishing augmentation, recreation of telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
The Government's decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.

Additional Requirements: • 3/4 Acre wareyard for storage and vehicle parking. It must be secure and for the exclusive use of the Government.
•Hanger must have electric power and be heated. It must have access to the tarmac.
•Tenant requires access to building 24 hours per day, 7 days per week .
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. The proposed leased space shall be fully serviced. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.

Expressions of interest should include the following information:
• Name and location of offered space.
• Building ownership and contact information.
• Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced, showing the rent broken into Base rent and Operating cost rent. Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, (if any).
• List of building services provided
• Date of space availability;
