Real Estate Services to Assist with the Neighborhood Stabilization Program
Miami-Dade County is soliciting qualifications from interested parties for consideration into a Pool of pre-qualified real estate professionals to assist the County with the purchase, rehabilitation and sale of single-family homes and the purchase, rehabilitation and lease-up of multi-family residential housing properties through the Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP). The County anticipates creating a Pool for a four (4) year period.
