The Department is currently focused on creating efficiencies in State-owned buildings and existing leases, developing regional office centers, and addressing evolving agency needs for modernized service delivery methods. In addition, the Bureau continues to concentrate on disposition of surplus real property, as well as offering consulting services to all agencies related to asset and property management and planning.
