The Authority is soliciting proposals from licensed/certified real estate professionals, in good standing, to assist in and facilitate the valuation, acquisition/purchase, marketing, inspection and disposition/sale of single- and multi-family dwelling units and other properties for purposes of providing rental replacement housing, and homeownership opportunities for current and future residents and income-eligible residents, and also for the purpose of pursuing housing and commercial/retail growth in and around developments. .
