Real Estate Professional Services Contract

The Transit Division of the City and County plans to contract for Real Estate Professional
Services for property acquisition, relocation, property management and other
related services for the Transit Corridor Project.
Significant experience in federally funded projects, the Uniform Relocation
Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970, as amended and
advanced knowledge of Federal, State and City laws, regulations, ordinances,
policies and procedures is required.
The solicitation will be conducted in two (2) parts. Sealed submittals in response to RFP Part 1, Qualification Proposals, are due no later than 2:00 p.m. HST on May 2, 2011, at the Division of Purchasing, Dept. of Budget and Fiscal Services, City Hall, 530 South King St., Rm. 115, Honolulu, HI 96813.

The HHCTCP may be funded in part with Federal assistance, therefore, Federal
Transit Administration and Federal Government regulations, policies and directives,
