Real Estate Leasing / Sales / Acquisitions & Advisory Services
This Request for Qualifications will result in contracting for Real Estate Sales and Acquisition Services, and Real Estate Consultation and Advisory Services on an “as-needed, on-call” basis to meet emergent, unanticipated needs that may include but not be limited to: marketing, sales and leasing of unique county properties located throughout the County and the analysis and research as may be necessary to accomplish the sales or leasing in the best interest of the County and miscellaneous analysis and assessment services to provide advice to the County in a variety of real estate matters.
