Humming Bird Holdings is a UAE based company with interests in Realty and other domains. As a next step towards our entrepreneurial ambitions, we are looking to build a crowdfunding portal for realtors.
Our concept is pretty similar to Realty Mogul, although we have some tweaks and different features that we have conceived over the last few months.

We have created a mindmap, SRS and RFP document to help you get started.
We have a Web consultant who will be working with you to guide on aspects of web development and answer your questions.
We need a good quality solution to be implemented with the features and guidelines outlined in the RFP document. Please see attached RFP for you to review.
For all the bidders, we would like to have a proposal specifically addressed to the RFP and follow the guidelines. Please add "Humming Realty" at the top of the application to make sure you have read the job posting and are not spamming us. Please ask your questions before you make the final proposal and cost estimate. We would like you to be as accurate as you can.
Please note that the project will be under a tight deadline and we would expect you to assign adequate resources to the project.
