Real Estate Broker Services
The Aspen City Manager has issued a Request for Proposals for a Colorado licensed real estate
broker to act as the City's buyer agent in the pursuit of obtaining suitable locations for employee
housing.The project will include, but is not limited to: representing the City of Aspen in negotiating
the purchase of retail estate for affordable housing purposes and contracts, advising staff and
council on market conditions, specific properties, and proposals presented to the city, and
occasionally selling real estate.
