Real Estate Broker Services
This Request for Proposals (RFP) is for the purpose of obtaining the professional services of a real estate firm to secure acceptable projects for the Clay Business Park and to represent the Onondaga County Industrial Development Agency (the "Agency") in the sale or lease of all or substantial portion of the 251 acre Clay Business Park located adjacent to NYS Route 31 in the Town of Clay. Any proposed sale or lease of the property will be subject to approval of the Agency and will be in accordance with the Real Property Disposition Guidelines of the Agency.
