Real Estate Appraisal and Review Appraisal Services
The City plans to contract with multiple firms to provide either real estate
appraisal services or real estate review appraisal services (Services) for the Line
Extension project (Project). The City is seeking firms whose combination of experience and
expertise will provide timely, costeffective and quality professional services to the City.
The City intends to issue work orders to the selected firms on an asneeded basis throughout
the Project schedule. Some work orders may be particularly suitable for individual small firms,
while others may benefit from the higher level of resources available in larger firms. Firms are
expected to be thoroughly competent and strive for the highest standards of professionalism in
carrying out the work.
