Real Estate Appraisal Services

The intent of this Request for Proposal is to obtain proposals from firms specializing in the appraisal of real estate in Northern Virginia and Loudoun County to perform real estate appraisals on an as needed basis for Loudoun County. The primary need for appraisals is related to land acquisition, however appraisals for other reasons may also be conducted under the resulting contract. The successful firm(s) shall provide all labor, supervision, and materials required to perform the appraisal work. The County intends to award a one (1) year contract with up to three (3) additional one (1) year renewal periods. It is the Countys intent to award contracts to a pool of providers for these services. Firms may submit proposals for residential appraisal services and/or commercial appraisal services. The number of firms awarded will depend on the quality and quantity of proposals received.
